Big-Time Power Wash job

Sunday, October 23rd, 2011

Over the last 3 days, we have had both trucks and trailers working full-time in Irvine, CA. We have just finished a 3 day project in which we washed 38 3 story fourplex buildings in the beautiful community called the Auburn Community. This is located in the greater Northpark community in Irvine.

This was one of our larger projects, but we finished a day ahead of schedule. Additionally, we washed all the courtyards at this community.

Things are looking good up there! Sign cleaning is one of the many fine services we are pleased to offer. After doing jobs like this the hardscape around your home or the siding of your house is a welcome relief!  Now if the camera man can only move his thumb.  We were instructed to remove all surface dirt and bird droppings from the entire surface to get it prepared for a new paint job.  In my humble opinion, after we cleaned the board it looked like it just received a fresh coat of paint.  We can do the same for your home or business.  Removing all surface dirt, cob webs, bird droppings and stains from the side of your home or business is a cost-effective way of brightening up your environment.  A great value from great people!

pressure washing stucco in Huntington Beach

Tuesday, April 26th, 2011

The entire 200 block on Main Street in Huntington Beach is a busy place. This makes it difficult when it’s time to power wash the building in order to get it ready for a paint job. Encroachment permits where in order to for this project and we needed a 60 ft lift in order to access some of the higher areas of the parking garage and building.
All of the wash water was captured and disposed of in a professional manner which is an absolute must.

video board cleaning – spring training

Monday, March 14th, 2011
Kris and Curt

Kris and Curt

Spring training is here and that means that its almost time for the boys of summer, and no we don’t mean a busy window cleaning season. We had the opportunity to clean the electronic video boards at the new complex in Scottsdale, Arizona in early March of 2011. We had a great time seeing the beautiful state of Arizona, especially the cacti!

The complex had about 10 practice fields and it is apparently shared by both the Colorado Rockies and the Arizona Diamondbacks. After the cleaning, my wife and I had a chance to watch the defending champion San Francisco Giants get ready for a run at the title again as they took on the Diamondbacks. Matt Cain and Ian Kennedy were the starters and both threw about 2 innings. That’s about all I saw before I fell asleep on the outfield grass for a nice little snooze.

Nothing like the fresh Spring air at a baseball stadium.
