Bird barrier installation in Orange County, Ca

Friday, April 3rd, 2009

Today we installed some bird barrier products for a window cleaning customer in Orange County. They have pigeon problems because they are perching on the ledges and leaving their mark all over the house.

This is one of the culprits…

Bird Barrier products are the best in the industry. They have all different types of bird deterrents. Some are visual, some are spikes, some are audio, some are nets or barricade like devices. If you have pigeon or bird problems, bird barrier is ready with a fix. KC Power Clean is a certified Bird Barrier installer.

Nothing quite like clean screens!

Thursday, April 2nd, 2009

When the screens are this bad, there’s only one solution. A deep shampoo.

We got just the “solution” for it too.

Just look how clean these screens were after our shampoo process.

Wagtail window cleaning tool

Thursday, April 2nd, 2009

One of the greatest things since sliced bread!

The wagtail window cleaning tool is just what the doctor ordered when it comes to mid-1 story to 2 story pole-work. It pivots almost 180 degrees, and it even has a scrubber attached to it to apply your window solution. This sure comes in handy when cleaning a window in direct sunlight.

The newest wagtail 2009 edition will feature a interchangeable channel slot. Ole Willie Wagtail really outdid himself this year!

Power Washing a brick patio in Irvine, CA

Wednesday, April 1st, 2009

Check out this patio. It was so nasty with algae and mold build-up that it needed a power wash and a chemical treatment after to bring it back to life!

When hiring a power washing contractor, make sure that they know how to properly apply chemicals for maximum cleaning efficiency. An inexperienced contractor would have had to tear through the top layer of brick with sheer force to get out the mold that was embedded deep into the pores of the brick.

Also, if you notice the removal of mold from the stucco wall. To remove this mold with just a pressure washing machine, you would have to apply too much pressure to clean it, and it is inevitable that you would chip off paint in the process.

That’s why an experienced and/or educated power washing contractor will know how to tackle many different jobs.
